Jeannie Medlin brings over 20 years of experience in real estate with her career, specializing in new home construction. Jeannie has worked a variety of positions through the years, providing a unique perspective for Buyers, Sellers, Developers, and Investors alike in the real estate market.

Jeannie’s experience working with clients in new homes sales has given her the understanding to listen to what the client wants and meet their needs with professionalism and care. Thorough communication and follow through is essential to a good working relationship and these are fundamentals Jeannie can bring to the table.

When Jeannie’s not working hard for her clients, she loves to travel with her family, especially to California to visit with family and friends. Jeannie was born and raised in Los Angeles but has lived in Sylvania since 2009 with her husband and two children, and she can’t imagine calling any other place home! What Jeannie loves about living here is the affordability to raise a family, great schools, and of course…. no traffic!
